Job Title: Mechanic
Duties:
– The successful candidate will be responsible for the ongoing repair and maintenance of our varied fleet of buses and coaches
– Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
– Prompt repair of all defects to the highest standards ensuring all repairs to company vehicles are carried out in a timely manner
– Organise 6 weeks checks and PSV appointments and keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs in accordance with the Company Operators Licence guidelines
– Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with other mechanics and team members to complete projects efficiently
– Breakdown assistance
Experience:
– Proven experience as or within a similar role
– Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components
– Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
– Excellent problem-solving skills
– Attention to detail and accuracy in work
